Ultrasoft strictly follows BlueScope’s TB4 (2003) and TB27 (2022) Technical bulletins for Colourbond, applying responsible chemistry to align with building standards. Pressure cleaning Colourbond is like mowing your lawn with Roundup to control weeds — you are damaging the very thing you're trying to save, it might look neat at first, but you’re actually damaging the surface. Unlike high-pressure methods which strip protective coatings, our process ensures structural integrity. By using science-led care, and adherence to manufacturer standards, we avoid forcing water into your cavity and prevent the hidden spread of biofilm, algae and possible mould issues, while protecting the waterproofing within your ceiling.
We adhere to BlueScope’s strict Colourbond warranty standards. Just as Colourbond uses science & chemistry to protect steel, Ultrasoft applies science-led care to clean and preserve those same surfaces responsibly by removing algae and lichen safely, as per BlueScopes Standards.
