Welcome to Tropic Flow

We are Paulie, Lydia, and our 4-year-old son Noah, and we’re excited to officially introduce Tropic Flow to the Townsville community.

Our family recently relocated to Townsville to continue chasing our rugby league careers — Paulie currently playing with the Townsville Blackhawks and Lydia with the Cowboys NRLW. While football has given us incredible opportunities, we’ve always wanted to build something of our own outside of the game and create a strong future for our family beyond sport.

That vision is what led to the creation of Tropic Flow.

Tropic Flow is a locally owned exterior cleaning and property care business specialising in pressure cleaning, soft washing, and restoring properties to their best condition. We’re passionate about delivering high-quality results, honest service, and taking real pride in the work we do. Whether it’s a family home, driveway, roof, patio, or commercial space, we believe every property deserves professional care and attention to detail.

We’re also proud to work under Ultrasoft, a trusted and respected name in the industry known for its quality workmanship and professionalism, helping us continue to deliver premium results for our clients.
