The paint on these homes was very thin and weak, covered in organic growth and fruit bat droppings. Ultrasoft’s ultra low pressure and carefully balanced chlorine solution destroyed the growth and removed the droppings without damaging or peeling the old, thin paint. Ultrasoft is a cleaning system built around the principle that exterior surfaces don't need to be subjected to unnecessary pressure or excessive chemistry to be cleaned effectively.
Our ultra-low-pressure process uses controlled water pressure combined with carefully selected cleaning solutions to target organic contamination such as biofilm, algae, mould and lichen. By allowing the chemistry to do the work rather than relying on mechanical force, we can clean many exterior surfaces with significantly less pressure than conventional pressure cleaning methods.
Chemistry matched to the surface
Ultrasoft is not a one-chemical-fits-all system. Different materials and different types of contamination require different approaches.
We select our chemistry according to the surface being treated, the condition of the material and the biology we are trying to control. This surface-specific approach allows us to use the appropriate treatment rather than simply increasing chemical concentration or pressure to achieve a faster result.
Our system can also use up to 40 times less chlorine than traditional softwashing, depending on the application and the condition of the surface.
