Why We Care

Why We Care So Much

We know what it feels like to trust someone with your hard-earned money and be left disappointed.

In 2020, we invested in what was marketed as a bespoke softwash system. We were promised exceptional quality, precision engineering and a professional solution that would allow us to deliver the very best results for our customers. The reality was very different.

Within months, components were failing, parts were breaking, and the system was constantly clogging. As we gained more experience and began testing the equipment ourselves, we discovered the claimed precision simply wasn't there. The more we learned, the more we realised the equipment wasn't capable of delivering the consistency and accuracy we had been promised.

That disappointment became the beginning of a much bigger journey.

Rather than accepting "that's just how the industry works," we started questioning everything. We researched, tested, redesigned and refined every aspect of the cleaning process. That journey ultimately led to the development of the Ultrasoft system and our commitment to doing things differently.

Unfortunately, that wasn't the only lesson we learned.

Just months later, while we were still using the industry's standard methods, we purchased chlorine from a local pool shop. The chlorine was supplied in containers designed for water storage rather than chemical transport. During the drive home, the containers failed. Over 80L of raw chlorine leaked throughout the back of our vehicle, destroying electrical wiring and causing extensive damage.

The response we received was simply, "Too bad."

That experience stayed with us.

It taught us what it feels like when a business refuses to take responsibility for the consequences of its actions. We promised ourselves we would build a business that treated customers the way we wished we'd been treated. That promise influences every decision we make today.

When you pay for a service, you deserve to receive exactly what you were promised. You shouldn't be left wondering whether your property has been damaged, whether shortcuts were taken, or whether you were misled.

When we see suppliers and contractors ignoring manufacturer guidelines, using unnecessarily aggressive cleaning methods, or putting short-term profit ahead of long-term property protection, we're reminded of those experiences. We know that the customer is often the one left paying the price months or years later.

Our business isn't driven by greed. Like every business, we need to make a profit, but we believe there are better ways to achieve it—by delivering genuine value, standing behind our work and treating every property with the care it deserves.

We're property owners. We're customers. We've trusted people who let us down. Those experiences shaped the business we've become and the standards we hold ourselves to every day.

Our philosophy is simple:

If you genuinely look after your customers, they'll look after you.
